After lodging an appeal at the end of January, contesting the decision by TVBC to refuse permission to allow change of use for the Plough Inn from a public house to residential dwelling, a hearing date has been set for July 30th in a notice appearing on the TVBC planning portal. It's understood that a delay to the hearing has been requested which could push the hearing date back to mid September.

Everyone who commented on the original plan will receive notice from TVBC advising them of the appeal process. Comments submitted regarding the original application (unless withdrawn) will be sent to the inspector by TVBC.

Anyone wishing to make further comments will need to submit them by 10th July.
